Refund Policy for Shekinah Studios Ltd


At Shekinah Studios Limited, we strive to ensure that every client leaves our salon feeling satisfied and confident. Our team is dedicated to providing quality services and products. Please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle refunds, adjustments, and exchanges.


1. Service Refunds

  • No Refunds on Completed Services: Due to the personalized nature of our hair services, we do not offer refunds on any completed services. We encourage clients to communicate with their stylist during the service to ensure expectations are met.
  • Adjustments: If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your service, please contact us within 48 hours. At our discretion, we may offer a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of your original appointment to ensure you are fully satisfied. Any requests made after this period may incur additional charges.

2. Product Refunds

  • Unused Products: We will gladly exchange or provide store credit for any retail product that is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of purchase, along with the receipt.
  • Used Products: Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for products that have been opened or used. If you experience an adverse reaction or concern with a product, please reach out to us, and we will discuss alternative solutions.

3. Prepaid Packages and Deposits

  • Prepaid Packages: Refunds are not available for prepaid packages or promotions. However, unused portions of packages may be transferred to another client upon request.
  • Deposits: Any deposits made for booking services are non-refundable. In the case of a cancellation made within 24-48 hours of your appointment, the deposit may be applied to a future service at our discretion.

4. Late Arrivals and Cancellations

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service, which may result in a reduced appointment time or a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24-48 hours before the appointment may incur a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
