FAQ'S
Do I need an appointment:
Yes, Bookings are by appointment only. No walk in's
Please call or message for an appointment.
How long does an appointment take: Depending on your service, Colour services can take up 3-5 hours, styling service 45mins and makeup around 40-60mins. (Depending on thickness & length).
Should I wash my hair before coming to my appointment:
Yes if you haven't washed it for over a week. Otherwise 2-3 days unwashed hair is fine.
What if I need to cancel my appointment:
I understand things don't always go to plan, which may result in the need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I respectfully ask for scheduled bookings to be cancelled 48hrs before. If you cannot make your appointment. Your deposit will be credited for up to 2 months.
What products should I be using for my hair:
I would highly recommend professional salon products - to protect and nourish your hair. Especially after colour services. I have products available in studio for purchase.
Can I bring friends or children to the appointment:
Unfortunately, due to health and safety regulations and also having a small space and dealing with chemicals and equipment. Only clients that are booked for there appointment are to be present. (Please
contact me privately if you wish to bring anyone for other reasons).
What products should I be using for my hair:

Do I do mobile services:
Yes, I do offer mobile services in Auckland or out of Auckland (travel charges apply) - please message me privately to discuss.
What makeup products do I use and how long does it last:
I use a range of high-end makeup products from (Mecca & Sephora) The makeup usually lasts up to 10-15hrs.
Payment options in Studio:

$50 non-fundable payment for your service is required to secure your booking - when you book.
How far in advance do I book:
To ensure that you get the date and time that you need.
I recommend booking your appointment few weeks in advance if you know (subject to availability)
After Hours / Public Holidays:
if the date/time you want falls outside my working hours (feel free to message me in regards to an after booking appointment. These are a subject to availability. There will be a $35/hr after hour / $55/hr public holiday fee that applies if we have an appointment available for you.
